This new 309,000 sq ft City Hall for Las Vegas, Nevada, is designed to express the values of Las Vegas and also the city's commitment to sustainability. Designed by Elkus Manfredi, the new city hall is located in downtown Las Vegas and it's main features on the inside are the "waterfall" LED light features in the lobby and also a City Council chamber that can be converted into a performance space.
